Key to Success for students?

Now days every parents want to fulfill all such dreams through their children which themselves could not fulfill in their school time   so they imposed their dreams on their children shoulders  children have accept it willingly or unwillingly. This willingly or unwilling imposing of  parents wishes on children, puts children under great stress   and that reflect in result. and if you are also in such a category then please read the under mentioned tips for sure and certain improvement in to memory as well as reading and grasping speed. There are lots of memory improving supplements and memory improving books are available that will  also be helpful for memory power improvement but buy such product only from reputed shop or online cartels like amazon or flipkart.

Revision in Class:

  •        Revise previous day class work when you reach and seat in class.
  •        Revise today class works when teacher finishes class and leave
Revision at Home
  •       Do revision in morning after waking up and  doing morning exercise and breakfast.
  •       In night before going to sleep
  •       On Sunday revise weekly class work
Study and Learn at Home
  •      Slow study to understand your class work and to study on your own(Self Study)
  •      Do numerical questions
  •      Write and revise slowly to memorize difficult things     
Exercise and other work at Home:
  •    Do aerobic exercise for minimum 30 minutes
  •    Take Vitamins and mineral Supplements like
  •    Regularly do relaxation/breathing
  •    Sleep during day also
  •    Take Practice tests
During Competition  preparedness time
  •    tell your teacher you are studying hard for competition merit (AIPMT, AIEEE etc)
  •    Request teacher to correct some of your practice test
  •    Cooperate with other students who are also preparing for same exam.
During exams days  and during exams
  •   Don't eat just before exam.
  •   Use relaxation and breathing techniques to relax
  •    read question slowly, think , plan then write your answer.
General Instructions
  • Take proper rest.
  • Take proper sleep , don't get tired
  • Take proper food and nutrition 
  • You can take ready made mind supplements which are readily available  but take reputed one  from reputed shop or online shopping malls like Amazon only
