What is fruit diet? What are Dry fruit supplements!

Fruits are one of the oldest form of food known to man. In fact  the first man ate apple, "the forbidden fruit" of heaven. There are many story about fruits in Veda, According to Veda fruits are considered the food of god. Even in Quran, the fruits like grape, date, fig, olive and pomegranate are the gift and food of the god.

     Fruits and dry fruits are are natural staple food of man. They contain substantial quantities of essential nutrients in rational enzymes. They are easy digested and exercise a cleansing effect on blood and the digestive tract.
Benefits of Fruit diets: Fruits have highly beneficial effects on the human system.
  • Hydrating effect: Fruit juice is most prefer way of of hydrating the organism. The water absorbed by sick person in the manner has an added advantage of supplying sugar and minerals at the same time. Now days, diet fruits supplement are easily available online or in  local market and that diet fruits are supplementing natural fruits very effectively.
  • Diuretic effect: Clinical observation have shown that potassium, magnesium and sodium contents of the fruits act as a diuretic and dieresis- frequency of urination is considerably increase when fruits and fruit juice are taken.. They lower the urine density and thereby accelerate the elimination of nitrogenous wast from body.
  • Alkalinising effect: The organic acids of the salt in fruits produce alkaline carbonate. When transformed within the organism, which alkalies the fluid. The fruits promotes intestinal elimination.. This effect keep the body free from toxic waste.
  • Mineralising effect: : Fruits furnish minerals to the body. The dried fruits  such as apricots, raisin and dates  and their supplements  are rich in calcium and iron. These fruits are essential for for strong bones and good blood.
  • Laxative effect: The fibrous matter in fruits, cellulose, aids in the smooth passage of the food in digestive tract easy bowel action. The sugar and organic acids contained in fruit also increase laxative effect.
  • Tonic Action: Fruits, as  dependable source of vitamins, exert a tonic effect in the body. Guava, custard apple and citrus fruits, like lemons and oranges are particularly valuable sources of vitamins C. The fruits are usually eaten fresh and raw, thus making the vitamins fully available to us .
